What I mean with ‘healthy with vitamins’ is that if you have a minor sickness, like constant sneezing almost everyday than to my experience, it is reliable to take Vitamins as an alternative medicine.

Even if you’re in good form and in good health at the moment, it is still good to take vitamins in order to maintain the good health that is in you. Vitamin doesn’t hurt your system but in facts vitamin is the source to create better cell in your body which is destroyed while you ages. So Vitamins is the answer to fulfill that replacement of lost cell.

There are many vitamins and not all vitamins are right for you in certain cases. As I said above, know your body needs by your own feels to the minor pain, sickness, feelings and so on. For my example, I used to frequently sneezing almost everyday and that to show my immune system is lack of vitamin C, so I take vitamin C for the cure.
